At UCAMMI, we believe shopping should feel calm, transparent, and considered. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and how we look after your order.


Delivery

Where we ship

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order preparation

Each UCAMMI piece is carefully produced and prepared following your order, allowing us to focus on quality, detail, and thoughtful production.

Processing & dispatch

  • Preparation time: 2–5 working days
  • This includes production, quality checks, and packing before dispatch

Delivery time

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Address accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original packaging intact
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for:

  • The product price
  • The original standard delivery cost (where applicable)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs, at no extra charge.


Natural variations

As each item is carefully produced, slight variations in colour, alignment, or print placement may occur.
These variations are part of the production process and do not affect the quality or function of the product, and are not considered faults.


Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels

If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply.
